Marco is a passionate person. He is passionate about social justice, spiritual growth and community. He fell in love with the community of Rimbey and joyfully accepted the call of God to serve Rimbey United Church (since July 2019).

He is motivated by change, renewal and making the church relevant for the future.

Joan and her family and have lived in Rimbey for 23 years and have been members at Rimbey United Church for the same amount of time. Joan is a retired teacher but keeps busy as a substitute teacher for Wolfcreek School Division.

She has 2 grown daughters (Cailey and Lindsay) who both have fond memories of our Sunday School and Youth Groups.

I would like to welcome you to our” little church that can” and hope you will visit us when you can.

Carrie was born and raised in Rimbey. She moved away to attend university, and graduated from the University of Calgary with a degree in Communications and Culture. She then moved to Golden BC, where she worked in Systems and Technology for Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. After a little mountain adventuring, she and her husband returned to Rimbey, where they own and operate Apex Landscaping. They are blessed with three children, who fill them with joy. Carrie spends any spare moment working with textiles and natural dyes.
